WERU Community Radio is an independent, noncommercial, educational media organization. WERU engages with the local community to provide diverse music, independent news, public affairs and cultural content that connects, informs, and inspires.

It broadcasts a diverse mix of music, news, and public affairs programming to the midcoast and Downeast Maine region.
