Privacy Policy

AllRadio.Net (hereinafter — “Service”, “we”, “our”) provides access to online radio stations via a web player. This Privacy Policy explains the categories of data we may collect, how we may use them, the third parties to whom we may disclose them, and your rights. Contact: support@allradio.net.

Key Points (Short Version)

  • We process only the data minimally necessary for operating the Service, security, fulfilling contractual/legal obligations, and (when consented) for advertising personalization.
  • We engage third-party analytics and advertising providers; some of these data transfers may fall under “sell/share” definitions under certain US state laws. If applicable, you can exercise opt-out rights through the “Privacy and cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. [CCPA Reference]
  • For visitors in regions where required, we use a consent management system compliant with current industry standards (IAB TCF). Consent logs and TC strings are stored per industry standards and applicable law. [IAB TCF Reference]

1. Data Controller

The data controller is individual/entrepreneur: Oleksandr Nagorskyi. Legal address: Obchodná 559/37, 811 06 Bratislava, Slovakia. Contact: support@allradio.net.

2. Categories of Data We May Collect

We collect only data necessary for the purposes below; collection and processing methods depend on your settings and applicable law.

A. Directly provided data

Name and email (e.g., contacting support or subscribing to newsletters).

B. Automatically collected data

IP address (only to deliver content and maintain security), browser type/version, browser language, operating system, technical connection parameters, date/time of visit, player events (play, errors — technical signals only), referrer, visited pages, approximate location by IP (country/city).

C. Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies for site operation; analytics and advertising cookies are applied only with proper legal basis (consent/other lawful permission), except strictly necessary technical cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Data Processing

  • Provision & support of the Service: contract performance/necessity for service provision.
  • Security and fraud prevention: legitimate interests balanced against your rights.
  • Analytics and UX improvement: consent, or where permissible, legitimate interests; region-dependent.
  • Advertising & monetization: consent for personalized ads; in jurisdictions with different rules — lawful basis (e.g., opt-out in certain US states via the “Privacy and cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page). [CCPA Reference]

We do not collect or use audio content streams; we only record technical player events necessary for service operation and reporting to advertisers.

4. Third-Party Providers & Data Transfers

We engage providers (hosting, CDN, analytics, advertising, CMP, email/CRM). Any transfer of personal data to third parties occurs only in the extent necessary for the specific service and on lawful grounds.

For cross-border transfers outside the EEA, we use approved mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses — SCC). Details and copies of relevant agreements are available upon request. [SCC Reference]

Note on “Sale/Sharing”: we do not “sell” personal data in the traditional commercial sense; however, certain data transfers used in programmatic/RTB or cross-context advertising may fall under “sell/share” definitions in certain local laws. Residents of affected US states may exercise opt-out rights via the “Privacy and cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. [Usercentrics]

5. Consent Management & Cookies

We use a Google-managed CMP compliant with current industry standards (IAB TCF). To review or change your privacy choices, click the “Privacy and cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. This opens Google’s privacy controls and shows options available for your region (for example, consent controls in EEA/UK and opt-out controls in applicable US states). TC strings and consent logs are stored according to industry standards. [IAB TCF Reference]

If you decline personalization via CMP, only non-personalized or contextual ad requests will be served.

6. Data Retention (Conservative)

  • Consent logs (TC strings): 13 months
  • Detailed server/player logs: up to 12 months by default, then automatically anonymized/deleted unless required for incident investigation or legal compliance.
  • Support/correspondence data: up to 24 months (may be shortened upon request).
  • Aggregated/pseudonymized metrics may be stored longer, but only in anonymized form.

7. Security & Breach Notification

We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk (transport encryption — HTTPS/TLS, role-based access control, regular backups, anomaly monitoring). Absolute security cannot be guaranteed; in case of an incident, regulators and affected data subjects will be notified within legally mandated timelines (e.g., GDPR: 72 hours). [GDPR Art.33]

8. Data Subject Rights & Procedures

EEA/UK/CH residents: you have standard rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent). To exercise rights: contact support@allradio.net. Reasonable proof of identity may be requested, limited to the minimum necessary data.

US residents in opt-out states (e.g., California) may submit a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request via the “Privacy and cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page (or by email). Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable law. [CCPA Reference]

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under applicable age thresholds. If you believe we have collected a child’s data without parental consent, contact us — we will promptly delete such data.

10. Do-Not-Track

No universal, reliable DNT standard exists; browser DNT signals are not effective. To manage opt-out or consent preferences, use the “Privacy and cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. [ENISA Reference]

11. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the website and/or via other channels.

12. Intellectual Property & Notice and Takedown Policy

AllRadio.net operates as a technical directory and discovery service for publicly available digital radio streams. We respect the intellectual property rights of broadcasters and content owners and will act promptly to address legitimate requests concerning copyright or other rights.

How to submit a takedown or modification request

Please send an email to support@allradio.net with the subject line: "Takedown Request - [Station Name]" and include the information listed below.

Required information

  • Station identification: Exact station name and the stream URL (as shown on AllRadio.net) that you request to remove or modify. Please identify the precise page/URL — requests must target specific content/streams, not our site as a whole.
  • Authority: A brief statement of your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder (for example: "I am the station owner" or "I am the station's authorized representative"). Include a link to the station’s official website and an email address at the station domain when possible.
  • Requested action: Specify one of the following: (a) permanently remove the listed stream from our directory; (b) disable platform-level pre-roll monetization for the specified stream; (c) update technical stream URL or metadata (please provide the correct URL/metadata).
  • Contact details: Your full name, professional email address, and a phone number (optional) to allow us to verify the request if needed.
  • Optional supporting material: Any document or URL that demonstrates your authority (for example, a link to the broadcaster’s website, a copy of registration documents, or an email from an official station address).

Processing time & verification

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 24 hours. Legitimate takedown or modification requests that include the required information will be reviewed and, where appropriate, actioned within 24–48 hours of receipt. If additional verification is required, we will notify you and may extend this timeframe as necessary; we aim to resolve most valid requests promptly.

Recordkeeping

We retain records of takedown and counter-notice requests for internal audit and compliance purposes. These records are retained for our operational needs and to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and policies.
